We're Heartpet, operated by HEARTKNOWN LLC. We turn pet photos into embroidered and printed pieces, and we start with a drawing you can look at. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.

What we do
Four things to know before you reply.

A free drawing
Send one clear photo of your dog or cat. We draw it and email it back: one image of one pet, to keep for personal use. No purchase, nothing to pay, nothing printed.

Proof before printing
If you ever order a piece, you see the proof first. We do not print until you approve the proof. If the drawing doesn't look like them, tell us what's off.

What it can become
Sweatshirts, hoodies and totes, embroidered or printed; embroidered hats and blankets; printed mugs, ornaments, canvases and framed portraits. There are no prices on this page; if you'd like something made, ask in a reply.

One to one, by email
We talk it through in a normal email conversation with you, one message at a time. No app to install and no sales calls.
How it works
Three steps, all by email.
- Step 1
Reply with a photo
Reply to our email, or write to tiny@petlovegifts.com, with one photo of your dog or cat. Pick one where the eyes are sharp, both ears are in the frame, and nothing covers their markings.
- Step 2
Get a free drawing
We draw your pet from that photo and email it to you within 2 business days.
- Step 3
You decide
Keep it, tell us if it doesn't look like them, or stop there. Nothing is owed.
Who it's for
If you have a dog or a cat, and a photo you keep going back to.
You don't need a professional photo. A phone photo is fine if their face is clear.
A good fit if: You have a dog or a cat. You have a photo where their face is clear. You'd like to see a drawing before deciding anything.
Probably not for you if: You'd rather buy from a price list or a checkout page. You don't want emails from us. Reply stop and that's the end of it.
Heartpet Notes
A short note every other week, only if you asked for it.
If you replied "yes" to our note, you'll get it every other week: one thing to watch for that season, one photo tip and one question for you. Reply stop to any issue and it stops.
Why you got our email
Where your address came from.
We got your email address from business partners and third-party marketing data providers. We didn't collect it on this site.
Emails we send before you reply say in the first line that they're ads. They come from petlovegifts.com, and every one carries our name and mailing address.

Stop: Reply stop to any of our emails, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. We'll take you off our list and won't email you again.
Delete: Reply delete and we'll delete your details. We keep only what we need to make sure you're never emailed again.
No tracking: Our emails don't use open tracking or click tracking. There are no tracking pixels in them, and links aren't rewritten to follow who clicks.
What we don't do
A few things you won't find here.
No invented reviews: No reviews, ratings or customer quotes on this page. We won't make them up.
No prices or countdowns: No price list, no discounts, no timers telling you to hurry.
No buying links here: No shop button and no redirect. If you want something made, we'll sort it out in a reply.
No emails after stop: Once you reply stop, we don't email you again.
